There are 15 components of mature love mentioned in I Corinthians 13. I will list them below (adapted from the Message Bible). All you have to do is rate yourself on a scale of 1 (very poor) to 10 (excellent). Do it in the context of your marriage for this is where the deepest love is to be displayed.
1. Love never gives up __
2. Love cares more for others than for self __
3. Love doesn't want what it doesn't have __
4. Love doesn't strut__
5. Doesn't have a swelled head__
6. Doesn't force itself on others__
7. Isn't always "me first," __
8. Doesn't fly off the handle in anger__
9. Doesn't keep score of the sins of others__
10. Doesn't revel when others grovel__
11. Takes pleasure in truth__
12. Puts up with anything__
13. Trusts always__
14. Always looks for the best__
15. Never looks back but keeps going to the end__
Thoughts to Ponder:
