How Insurance Works at CCS

We're out-of-network — here's how you can still use your benefits, in three simple steps.

You pay for your session

CCS is an out-of-network practice, so you pay up front — simple, private, and no waiting on an insurance company.

We give you a superbill

After your visit you get a superbill — an itemized receipt with every code and detail your insurer needs. We handle that part for you.

You submit it for reimbursement

Send the superbill to your insurance. If your plan has out-of-network benefits, they may reimburse part of what you paid.

Most PPO and POS plans have out-of-network benefits; HMO and Medicaid plans usually do not. Reimbursement is determined by your plan and is not guaranteed.
