Suggestions for Great Sex
Here are a few suggestions for helping with sex:
1. Become talkers. Communication is the essential exercise for making love. Love is displayed in sex by assessing and supplying our partner’s physical, intimate needs and desires. Talking about these openly leads to meeting these needs and desires effectively.
2. Become explorers. Sex is to be an adventure. It is to be like reading a good mystery novel in which we never quite know where it is going. It is important to create ways in which sex can be newly discovered or rediscovered.
3. Become servants. There must be a commitment to mutually satisfying sex. In order for this to take place, we must first realize that we are self-centered by nature, and then seek to satisfy our partner by yielding to his/her needs completely. This is the ultimate selfless discipline.
